Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return your purchase. Full store credit (minus shipping & restocking fee) will be granted for items in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging.

* A restocking fee of $5.00 per item is applied for all returned packages *

  2. Our return policy is 7 days from the date of delivery.
  3. If your return falls within the guidelines of our return policy, we will send you an RMA# which must accompany your return, or the return will not be valid.

If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days.

We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping fees.

* We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criterion.*

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Happy Baybees with tracking confirmation for your return postage. Do not return items to the manufacturer. All items must be mailed to our warehouse.

All sale items are final.
